Melbourne Coastal Route Reminder

If you're flying the Melbourne Coastal Route around Station Pier, the recommended altitudes were changed in December.  The VTC and VNC are NOT being recalled and re-released. Your charts, if paper, are WRONG and will be until the next release in May 2019. Yes, you're expected to have read the NOTAM.  Both Australian EFB vendors, AvPlan and OzRunways, have patched the charts in their software. Instructions for how to enable this patch in AvPlan are here.   We recommend that if you're flying around Station Pier that you exercise EXTREME CAUTION not to be embarrased.
